About the event

Lord Hunt of Wirral CBE, Chairman of the Society, and Lord Mackay of Clashfern KT PC QC, our President, invite you to join them and other officers of the Society for a reception to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Society.

You will be welcomed with a glass of champagne followed by wine and canapes and enjoy an evening alongside the River Thames in the Cholmondeley Room and Terrace of the House of Lords with its stunning views of London.  Our guests will include The Lord Chancellor, the Attorney General and the Solicitor General, and we are delighted that Gyles Brandreth will also be joining us.

Online ticket purchase is now closed. Should you still wish to purchase tickets, please contact Cherry Clarke who will endeavour to help.

Security at the House of Lords is necessarily strict and admission will be by formal invitation only: for this reason we need to know the names of your guests if you are bringing any. Please apply promptly as we need time to send you personalised invitation cards which will need to be produced to the police in order to gain entrance.
