About the event

The 2026 Pamela Thomas Memorial Lecture will be given by Lord Verdirame KC who is a leading expert in public international law. He is Professor of International Law at King’s College London and a practising Barrister at 20 Essex chambers where his practice includes both commercial and non-commercial aspects of public international law.


The original date of 4th March needed to be rearranged and it will now be held on 28th April at Bush House in King's College London which is where Pamela Thomas was a student. The exact format is being finalised but the event will start at 6.30pm and there will be refreshments available.


There is no charge for the event but it will be important to register to attend. Members are welcome to bring guests to the lecture and this is a good opportunity to introduce friends and colleagues to the Society.
