About the event

Join us for a round table discussion led by a distinguished panel including Lord Garnier QC, Martin Howe QC and Professor Richard Ekins to discuss and reflect on the constitutional issues raised during the autumn of 2019. Lord Garnier QC acted for Sir John Major in the recent Supreme Court hearing. Martin Howe QC is Chairman of Lawyers for Britain. Professor Richard Ekins is Professor Law and Constitutional Government at the University of Oxford and Head of Policy Exchange’s Judicial Power Project
